Toby Fatcatt began his career by buying old properties in the city when prices were low. Soon he was one of the biggest private in the city, with around 1,000 renting houses and flats from him. He was also the of many shops and businesses. He became very rich and bought himself a huge in Scotland, but then there was an economic crisis and he had to sell all his and - everything. He was left with just a few personal and finally died penniless.
