Listen to the doctor telling people what medicine to take. Write out what they have to take and how often each day. For example, if you hear, ’Take two and a half teaspoons every morning and evening', write 2% tsp and x 2. If you hear, ’Take three of these tablets three timesa day’, write 3 tab and x 3.
