Albert Einstein

Have you ever wanted to know answers to things? For example, how do things work? What makes them work? Why do they work? Albert Einstein had this curiosity. He just wanted to know.

He was born in 1879 in Germany. Albert did not like to talk. He just wanted to think. He loved to build houses out of cards. It would take him a long time. He did the job slowly, because the cards had to be just right.

Albert loved science and was very good at it. He kept looking for why things did what they did. He found out how they worked. Albert worked on making a bomb in Germany. He worked hard to know how it worked.

In 1933 he came to America. He got a job studying how things worked. He loved his job. He wrote to the president. Albert said we had to make the bomb first. The president listened. We will always think about the things he learned in science. He was a great man.
