Laura Bush

Laura Bush was a first Lady. She was born in 1946. Laura has two girls. She is married to George W. Bush. He was the 43rd president of the United States.

She lived in the White House and worked very hard. Laura had many jobs. She went to schools to talk to kids. She told them that it is good to learn to read. She told them they should say “no” to drugs.

Laura believed everyone should learn and be healthy. She worked to help people be healthy.
