Seeds

Did you know that all plants start with a seed? They do. Some seeds are big. Some seeds are small, but they are all the start of a plant. Seeds can come in many colors.

Watermelons have many seeds. The seeds are flat and black. They look like teardrops. These seeds feel slimy and wet.

Peach seeds are not small. They are big and oval. They have many holes. They feel rough to your fingers. Peach seeds look like Mars.

Apples have seeds that are small. They are brown. Apple seeds are long and shaped like a teardrop. They are a little puffy and are not flat.

Plants all have seeds, but all of the seeds look different from each other. They make plants that are different. They make our world a pretty place.
