ATTENTION, RESIDENTS

Due to several recent complaints, we would like to remind you of some of the building policies that all residents are expected to abide by. These rules are for the safety, health, and comfort of everyone living in Forest Hill Apartments. [1]

Laundry Facilities

Please treat all washing machines and dryers with care and follow the posted instructions carefully. Immediately inform the office if any of the machines are malfunctioning. When your clothes are finished washing or drying, remove them promptly. Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. [2]

Recreational Facilities

[3] Only residents of Forest Hill Apartments and their guests are permitted to use the exercise equipment in the gym or the facilities in the clubhouse. Anyone using these facilities must abide by the rules outlined in your lease involving safety, courtesy, and excessive noise. [4] Because we need to consider the enjoyment of all our residents, we reserve the right to deny the privilege of use to anyone for violating building rules or policies.

Swimming Pool

As with the gym and clubhouse, the swimming pool is for the use of residents and their guests only. Please limit your guests to no more than three at a time, and always accompany them to the pool. Non-residents who are not accompanied by a resident will be asked to leave. Glass is prohibited in the pool area. Swimming is only permitted during daylight hours, and for safety reasons, we strongly advise you not to swim alone at any time. Please take note of the additional pool policies and opening hours that are posted in the pool area.
